7. Data Retention and Deletion

Users can request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at hello@mybreath.app or by using any data deletion option available in the application. After receiving a deletion request, we delete or anonymize the user's personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to keep specific information for legal, tax, security, or dispute resolution purposes.
Backup copies and technical logs may remain in secure systems for up to 90 days before they are automatically deleted or overwritten. Uninstalling the application from a device does not automatically delete data stored in our systems.
